This frame is developed to install concrete mattresses or big bags at seabed, its designed so it can be used by divers, ROV and just a vessel with applicable sensors. For ROV and Diver its operated manual, with double safety locks. While it can also be used to install mattresses and big bags with hydraulic supply from a vessel HPU. This will allow the frame to be used in multi discipline and great flexibility.
