NOR collaborate with Brommeland Elektronikk AS

Norwegian Offshore Rental has entered into an agreement with Brommeland Elektronikk AS, whereby they will supply VSAT and TVRO* communications equipment to the offshore market.

Brommeland Elektronikk AS (www.brommeland.no) is a major distributor in Norway for KNS (www.kns-kr.com). KNS is a worldwide developer and producer of antennas, equipment and parts for the marine communications industry.

Norwegian Offshore Rental is a major supplier of rental equipment to the offshore and subsea industry – focusing on construction, ROV and the geophysical market.

With the growing need for communications over satellite, NOR can now give clients the opportunity to rent items, for short or long term periods. Previously offshore companies had buy or commit to leases over many years, often wasting money on idle equipment. Now companies have the possibility to rent on a project-by-project basis.
