As a Sales Manager at NOR Offshore Rental, you are responsible for driving commercial growth through high customer activity, structured follow-up, and disciplined execution. The role requires strong business understanding, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage the full sales process from early dialogue to delivery in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to generate new business opportunities
- Ensure strong market presence and position NOR as Top of Mind for customers
- Identify, pursue, and develop commercial opportunities in line with company priorities
- Drive sales processes from initial dialogue to contract and delivery
- Ensure high responsiveness, quality follow-up, and solution-oriented customer dialogue
- Support development and follow-up of strategic customers in the region
- Maintain structured pipeline management and clear reporting of activities and opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or other customer-facing roles
- Technical expertise on our equipment pool
- Strong commercial drive and ability to generate and close business
- Proactive and self-driven approach, actively seeking opportunities
- High energy level and ability to adapt to changing activity levels
- Structured and disciplined in follow-up and pipeline management
- Good understanding of relevant equipment and customer needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams
