We are looking for a Project Manager Commercial to join our commercial team in Norway. The role sits at the centre of how NOR delivers on its commitments, as you will work closely with clients and the sales team to find the right equipment solutions, coordinate project execution, and ensure quality delivery from quote to handover.
This means a combination of technical understanding, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams. You will be part of the commercial department — directly involved in winning and delivering business.
Responsibilities
- Send quotes to clients and keep orders updated at all times
- Overall responsible for project deliveries
- Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to meet client expectations
- Identify and propose equipment solutions that match client needs
- Organise cross-hires and supplier purchases to fulfil contracts
- Respond promptly to client RFQs and follow up throughout the project
- Contribute to business development towards new and existing customers
- Participate in client meetings and commercial arrangements
- Actively participate in NOR’s HSE work
Qualifications
- Relevant education within subsea operations, engineering, mechanical, or FU Operator
- Minimum 5 years of industry-relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of subsea equipment
- Good understanding of commercial processes
- Strong communication skills in English (required)
