Logistics and Operations Admin (Aberdeen)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated logistics and operation support to assist in coordinating daily logistics and support operation department in Aberdeen. This full-time, office-based role working with the whole business operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate Exports and Imports of rental equipment.
  • Organize delivery notes for local deliveries such as, but not restricted to, rentals, sales, and goods for repair and return to suppliers.
  • Scheduling deliveries and collections with carriers such as, but not restricted to, couriers international and UK and freight agents.
  • Ensure correct handling of logistics documentation, including export and import entries.
  • Organize and handle movements of controlled items and remain up to date with customs and BIS regulations.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers to ensure reliable delivery.
  • Handle and organize missing accessories and damage notifications with clients upon rental returns.
  • Investigating and resolving operational discrepancies.
  • Maintaining internal systems and operational databases for accurate asset tracking.
  • Collaborating with all departments to raise and process purchase orders.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with both clients and suppliers.
  • Supporting cross-departmental activities as needed to maintain operational efficiency

Objectives and Expected Results

  • Ensure timely and reliable deliveries in line with customer and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with logistics, customs and export control requirements.
  • Working with multiple departments to achieve operational success.
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and kept up to date.
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.

Competence Required

  • Logistics relevant experience of minimum 3 years.
  • Knowledge and experience in operational roles working with multiple departments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good record keeping and preparing of certification.
  • Right to work in the UK.
