Open position:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Group Calibration Engineer to oversee and grow our calibration departments in all our bases. This full-time, onshore-based role is responsible for managing the calibration laboratory and survey sensor calibrations. Ensuring inventory readiness, supporting commercial activities, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
Key responsibilities

Calibrate NOR and customer-owned Subsea Survey and ROV equipment.

Monitor data trends to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk reduction.

Oversee daily lab operations, documentation, and certification processes.

Maintain and develop standards across calibration facilities.

Provide training, technical support, and promote professional growth in the team.

Drive continuous improvement and ensure proper maintenance of lab facilities.
Competence requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.

Strong expertise in subsea survey and ROV equipment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset.
